Santa Cruz County Workforce Development (SCCWD) is committed to improving the quality of life of county youth, adults, and families. Funding provided by Federal, State and local grant programs enables SCCWD to provide increased training, education, and employment opportunities for all eligible county residents. - Workforce Investment Act (WIA) (sponsored by Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration) Includes Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth programs.
