Program DescriptionThe Welfare-to-Work Program is funded by the US Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration. The purpose of the WtW Program is to facilitate the placemtne of hard-to-employ welfare recipients and certain noncustodial parents into transitional employment opportunities which will lead to lasting unsubsidized employment and self-sufficiency. Individuals must meet specific eligibility requirements to receive services.
